  • Urgent cancellations or changes should be done by phone (+31 20 623 13 80) at least 24hrs prior to the arrival date.
  • Non-urgent cancellations or changes can be done by e-mail to [email protected]. Please provide the reservation details in your email. Only when you receive a personal reply with the confirmation of your cancellation, you can be sure that it has been processed by us.
  • On the arrival day we pre-authorise your credit card for the amount of the first night. This is only to secure the booking and will be released afterward. No shows will be charged for the amount of the first night.
  • The web deposit is always non-refundable.
  • Under-18 year-olds will need to be accompanied by responsible others.
  • Reception is open 24 hours. Rooms are ready after 2 pm. Lockers to store your luggage are �0,40 per hour to �4 per 24 hours.

Groups of over 8 persons (incl stags) can not be booked online.
Group requests should be sent to [email protected] and we will reply with an offer.

General guidelines regarding groups:

  • minimum stay of 3 nights
  • we do not take group bookings during peak season (May-Aug, New Years, Queensday, Easter)
  • group members must be 18+
  • we ask that groups respect our staff, hotel rules and other guests during the stay; otherwise we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to the group and cancel the booking without refund.
